Approval Procedure
The Neighborhood Chair completes the application form for the Key Award. Service team and neighborhood meeting minutes usually provide adequate information to verify attendance if a personal record was not kept. After completion, the Neighborhood Chair forwards the application to the TIGSC Service Center. If all requirements have been met, the Key Award will be forwarded to the Neighborhood Chair. Please allow 4 weeks for processing. If the documentation is incomplete, the Neighborhood Chair will be notified so that the candidate can do additional work to complete the recognition.
