601: Raquette Valley Neighborhood. Potsdam, Madrid, Norfolk, Norwood, Parishville, Chase Mills, Colton, Waddington and Parishville.

602: Bonaparte Trail Neighborhood. Carthage, West Carthage, Black River, Copenhagen, Natural Bridge, Great Bend and Harrisville.

603: Ontario Neighborhood. Brownville, Dexter, Chaumont, Sackets Harbor, Lyme, and Three Mile Bay.

604: International Rapids Neighborhoood. Massena, Winthrop, Stockholm, Brasher Falls, Louisville and Helena.

605: Oswegatchie Neighborhood. Gouverneur, Edwards, Russell, Fine, Star Lake, Cranberry Lake, Hailesboro, Newton Falls and Richville.

606: Lewis Neighborhood. Lowville, Glenfield, Port Leyden, Constableville, Beaver Falls, Lyons Falls, Croghan, Castorland, Brantingham and Martinsburg.

607: South Jefferson Neighborhood. Adams, Adams Center, Lorraine, Mannsville, Rodman, Ellisburg, Belleville and Henderson.

608: Black River Valley Neighborhood. All City of Watertown Public and Private Schools.

609: Fort Drum Neighborhood. Fort Drum Neighborhood is considered a dual neighborhood with Indian River Neighborhood due to the unique geographic and school district circumstances of these two areas. Girl Scouts that meet on post are automatically a part of Fort Drum Neighborhood. However, any troop that meets in military (or 801) housing within the boundaries of Indian River's borders may CHOOSE if they want to be with Fort Drum or Indian River Neighborhood. Troop leaders can be military or civilian. This dual neighborhood covers Evans Mills, Felts Mills, Antwerp, Calcium and Philadelphia.

612: Indian River Neighborhood. Indian River is considered a dual neighborhood with Fort Drum. This neighborhood primarily serves girls in the Indian River School District except Theresa. However, any troop that meets in military (or 801) housing within the boundaries of Indian River's borders may CHOOSE if they want to be with Fort Drum or Indian River Neighborhood. This dual neighborhood covers Evans Mills, Felts Mills, Antwerp, Calcium and Philadelphia.

613: Riverside Neighborhood. Alexandria Bay, Cape Vincent, Depauville, Clayton, Redwood, Theresa and Lafargeville.

614: Picquet Neighborhood. Ogdensburg, Hammond, Heuvelton, Lisbon, Morristown and Brier Hill.

615: Nikentsiaki Neighborhood. Canton, Dekalb Junction, Hermon and Rensselaer Falls.
