How to register for Camp Trefoil- Please read carefully BEFORE you fill out your registration form:

• You must fill out a separate registration form for EACH camper.

• Some weeks fill up quickly, so the earlier you register, the better your chance of getting your first choice.

• Be sure to fill out every line on the form.

• List your first and second choice of weeks. If your first choice is full, you will be placed in your second choice.

• Sign the emergency release section- this is very important. If you download the form off the internet, you must print it out, sign it and mail, deliver, or fax it to us.

• Mail the form with the deposit to:

                        Thousand Islands Girl Scout Counil, 253 State St., Watertown, NY 13601

• The non-refundable deposit for each program is $20.00. This is deducted from your total fee. We cannot and will not process your registration without a deposit. If you are applying for financial aid pleas be sure the financial aid form is completely filled out. We do accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

• Cancellation must be made no later than one week prior to check-in date, whereupon a refund will be given (minus the deposit).

• Balance due for all camp programs must be received at the Council Service Center by July 1,2008. Be sure to include the camper's name and the week attending along with your payment.

Here are a few tips on how to save money this year when it comes to camp:

• TI Bucks are credits earned toward council sponsored events or the council store, from our annual cookie sale. TI Bucks may be used for Resident Camp fees or at the Trading Post. Please indicate on the registration form the amount of TI Bucks being used. Girls may use 2007 TI Bucks until September 30, 2008.

• An Early Bird Discount is available. Register by April 1 and we will take $15.00 off the camp fee. Discounts are also available if more than one child is attending camp or if a camper is registering for more than 1 week. (Not valid for Me and Mom Weekend or Camp Aide Sessions.) Call the Council Service Center at 1-800-491-1890 for the discounts.

• Financial aid is available to all registered TIGSC Girl Scouts whose families meet the requirements. Partially completed forms WILL NOT be considered for financial aid. Applications must be received by May 1, 2008. Notification of awards will be made by mail. ALL FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL.
