Q: What is the youngest age for Horseback riding programs?
A: Generally 7 is the youngest.

Q: How does the Horse Program Work?
A: The girls travel by 15 passenger van to Honey Dew Acres - about a 40 minute ride - they leave after breakfast and spend 2 hours at the stables - and return at camp in time for lunch.

Q: How do girls sign up for workshops?
A: girls pick 3 workshops after dinner on Sunday.

Q: How do girls get assigned to units or tents?
A: Girls are placed in units according to their age. Girls are randomly placed in tents unless they ask to be with a specific camper.

Q: What do C.I.T's do?
A: CIT's take one workshop a day in leadership. They learn all the things a counselor needs to know. They work with a unit, they plan activities and lead activities and learn about the workings of camp.

Q: Why is Week 5 Horse program less expensive?
A: The girls will only be riding 4 days in the week.
